About Me

About Intensives
The relationship of the couple is an interdependent, intricate complex system and the heart of the relationship and the family. As individuals develop so too does a committed relationship develop.
The Couple’s Heart Intensive is delivered over a weekend for two days, 16 hours, and is focused on the couple and their relationship. The couple will be led through brain science learning, the role mental health and body health play upon the issues and other aspects that affect their ability to engage with each other and in turn effect their relationship. There are other aspects and needs that brings a couple into an intensive. Such as: Communication Challenges, Conflict Persistent Issues, Struggles with Intimacy and Connection, Infidelity, Life Transitions and Relationship Satisfaction.
The intensive is structured specifically for the couple in a safe environment. Each individual will learn their part in the issues and in the relationship. Through guidance, the couple will learn effective ways to relate better to each other and learn tools and techniques over the weekend intensive to enhance connection and boost satisfaction together for each other.
